Executive Coach
As an executive coach, Marilyn specializes in leadership development and is a coach for leaders and managers in such companies as Siemens, Disney, Lockheed and Solvay Pharmaceuticals. Her unique focus is to provide customized coaching materials that leaders can apply directly to improve their operations in areas of strategic planning, reengineering/process improvement, and coaching others for high performance. Marilyn has been a coach for 20 years across a wide range of profit and non-profit industries and disciplines including law, professional services, medical, manufacturing, retail and consumer products. Prior to founding National Training Systems, Marilyn was Director of Strategic Planning and Sales Training for National Data Corporation (a software company for telecommunications, banking and healthcare). Before NDC, she was Head of Corporate and International Training for The Coca-Cola Company where her world-wide responsibilities included time management, sales training, leadership, change management, succession planning, and performance management. She also developed special career development and mentoring programs for Finance and Audit Departments at The Coca-Cola Company.
Marilyn has her Ph.D. in Counseling and Management from Georgia State University. She currently teaches at the Leadership Institute at the University of Central Florida. Some of her Fortune 500 clients include The Home Depot Finance and Audit Departments, Cox Enterprises, Delta Airlines, NCAA, Bank of America, State of Georgia Audit Department, Siemens, Disney and Equifax.
